I have been a customer of Virgin Mobile for several years and have had no complaints until now. They recently performed a system upgrade and ever since then, several thousand customers are without service. I have emailed and called them numerous times, even leaving messages on their Facebook page, to no avail. Read the complaints and you will never want to be a customer! I call, am left on hold forever and then hung up on! They offer the same solutions to everyone, none of which work. I have no 3G service and am unable to perform any functions that my phone previously could. I have performed every troubleshooting suggestion provided by techs and none of them work. VM customers are paying for services not rendered. I am currently looking into choosing another carrier, as so many others have done. This is completely unacceptable customer service. They have already lost a lot of their customers due to rudeness, no logical explanations and people not being able to understand them because they do not speak English well, nor can they spell! I am completely fed up!!!
