Oh Boy do I have a story for you as far as what happend to me starting 5-2-13. I ordered a new virgin mobile android online. I was @ work and so could not write down the order # ......

I checked my credit card and noticed the funds for the order had been withdrawn. A couple of hours later there was still no confirmation email for the new phone I had bought and my card was charged for.

I called virgin mobile customer support and was directed to tech support by someone who was offshore. I then reached someone in tech support, explained my situation and was told I cannot help you.I was speaking to someone in Mexico....I know people need jobs....but come on...this is ridiculous....I live in the united states and cannot speak to someone in the united states about services I bought..

Long story short she cannot find my order either.....but I am not out the money because they charged my card would have been mad too. I gave it up after a few choice words and went to bed. I had a long day the next day.

The next day I decided to call again as no email as of yet letting me know my order had gone through, order # anything.. I called and got someone that sounded like they were from India....transferred to tech support and oh an email from customer support about my complaint @ virgin mobile who was no help @ all. Ridiculous-

I spoke to a gentleman from mexico again in tech support that customer care told me via email to call and ask to speak to who tried to xfer me somewhere else.. I got his supervisor who could not find my order either....and im still missing money @ this point and fuming...

I was on the phone for over 25 minutes, my arm is hurting and I finally got enough of I am sorry we cannt find you in the system and hung up.

I just want to know what my order is so I can track refunded if you cant find me or just some way to see what mobile has my money and I dont have anything.

@ least my bank put in a dispute and something may happen.

I can afford to pay my bills....I was just cutting down on other expenses due to going back to school full time and i need all the help I can get.
