On the 21st of August I placed an order on VividSeats.com for tickets to see Slash and Aerosmith in Dallas at the American Arilines Center. The ONLY reason I placed an order was because the tickets were listed as "E-tickets, print at home tickets". I have done this before several times and at least once with vividseats as well. It's always best to catch seats at the last moment since they get cheaper as the event nears. 

Later during the day I get a call from VividSeats saying that they did not do their due diligence and basically the tickets are NOT e-tickets but hard tickets but they are willing to ship them overnight so I can make the concert tomorrow. Now, a company that let people list RANDOM s**t on their website can not be trusted. If I go right now and list 100 tickets for a random show then isn't the company supposed to verify what I am claiming before offerring it for sale? 

Anyway, I told them straight up NO! I had my doubts and it was clear their employees obviously do not know what they are doing and are not to be trusted with overnight shipments of tickets that might not very well be delivered to me. If I owned a business I would not let people list crap, I would verify it before putting it up for SALE, right? So I asked them to switch my seats and give me some other tickets and they put me on hold. After all they had quite a few seats in pretty much the same section ( quality and price wise ) as I had ordered that were e-tickets. After 10 minutes of hold time, the UNPROFESSIONAL company with it's UNPROFESSIONAL staff told me they could not replace my tickets and will issue a refund. The only problem with the refund is that it takes 7 - 10 days but the show is tomorrow.

Reason for not replacing tickets:

The tickets that are of similar quality cost more so I have to pay more. EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY f**kED UP, THEY listed BULLSHIT seats online that I bought thinking they were Legit. ITS THEIR FAULT but they will not cover their a*s for a few measly dollars NO. They are purposely f**king me over asking me to pay more or no replacements. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? A company with such lousy employees deserves to go in the gutter!

I straight up said NO I will not pay more, by this time I knew that VividSeats was full of s**t! I did not want to spend 1 cent there anymore.

So in short:

1. They listed incorrect tickets on their website that I purchased

2. They did not rectify the situation by offering other tickets they had because those were a little higher in price ( EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE )

3. Shitty customer service, the company does not know what they are doing

I am a musician, I love music! I moved from a country really far away to the US because I love ROCK N ROLL! Slash is my IDOL. I ended up buying tickets from StubHub.com and they were cheaper and they worked. What if I was a poor guy who had saved up money to buy tickets to see my favorite band? Then VividSeats would have blocked my money, wasted my time by listing s**t tickets and most of all they would have ruined my chances of seeing my favorite band.

Moral of the Story

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VividSeats.com PERIOD - They are an unprofessional lousy company that will f**k OVER its customers even if it is the companys fault. 

I have proof to back all my claims.
