Vogue Wigs I returned a wig after seeing the color was too dark and wanted to exchange it for another color. It was returned with all tags and original packaging within 2 days. It was never worn Internet, Michigan

I ordered a wig from Vogue Wigs and the color was too dark.  The day I received it, I contacted customer service for a Return Code and within 2 days returned the package for an exchange.  All tags were on the wig and it was returned in the original packaging. I did not wear it! It was too dark!

After waiting 2 weeks, I emailed asking when I would receive my replacement wig.  I was emailed that the wig I returned was tampered with, damaged, used and worn and I would get a 50% refund.  So Vogue Wigs got $36.97 of my money AND the wig (which I'm sure they will sell again).  It cost me $36.97 and I have nothing to show for it.

After reading other complaints, it seems this is common practice for them.  Consumers should be warned about them.  Find another company and don't ever buy a wig from Vogue Wigs!
