DO NOT order from this company if you don't pick up your packages often.  They screwed up the color of the wig I ordered, however I was out of town when package arrived and it was over the 10 day return/exchange policy by the time I picked it up.  I was in touch with these idiots twice explaining to them it was THEIR mistake.  Nope, sorry customer, we got your money and you're screwed.  Nice huh?

I own several companies myself and if its OUR error we FIX the problem free of charge no matter what the policy says.  These people are screw ups and I'd never order from them again.  So now what do I do? Keep the wig in the wrong color or leave it in box and sell on the internet?  I'm out over $50 and was supposed to wear this wig to an event.  I guess I'm going to head to my local wig shop and see if they can help me out.  At least I can SEE the color before I buy it.  I'll tell you what, if you can buy local, do it. Most wig shops will special order for you.

Again, this company doesn't care about its customers at all.  They're like "Oh, well you didn't tell us we screwed up within 10 days so it's your problem, by the way thanks for the purchase"  A-HOLES!  Lucky for me the color was only one shade off, it's the wrong blonde.  Could you imagine if they sent me Jet Black by mistake?  If any company screws me just once I boycott.  My friends who purchased from them have also cancelled their accounts. 

Care about your customers people, and quit being screw ups.  I'm ordering thru Amazon from now on, let them deal with the returns, so much easier.
