this may be the most ludicrous activity possibly criminal that I have ever seen with a corporate giant! having retired from corporate a fortune 500 company as a vice president I understand policies and procedures quite well! and now just for the record I'm finishing up my doctorate. this started 2 months ago I have an account with family mobile with two phone lines and I added an account with T Mobile Prepaid because they had actual 4G service! on family mobile I never saw anything but edge and I live in the city! so, 2 months ago I asked to transfer my first phone number to my t Mobile Prepaid they said it would take 24 hours.
at the same time I asked them to cancel the second line because the lady was no longer going to use it and cancel mine as soon as the number was changed now it's been two months later I have made seven attempts with customer service they have and put data wrong how convenient it is been for them to run my bill up now to 180 dollars on family mobile and they still have not transferred to my T-Mobile Prepaid? I kept every person's employee number on the recording and made it very clear and ask them to follow up with me the next day one person followed up it wasn't even the original person, but I received one call!
where are the ones call center is that has the Hispanics maybe New Mexico all they did was lie to me about everything! I'm studying human behavior in communication my whole adult life I can tell when someone's lying!! specially when they prove it to be true when they don't do anything they say they're going to do! so tomorrow's the 20th and I'm not paying a hundred eighty dollars so my first phone number will probably be shut off I have sent three emails to billing and not received any responses for the overcharges! on all phone conversations except for two, I had at least level one, if not level two supervisors involved! making those same promises!
needless to say kama the only promise that was capped over two months was the gentleman that I spoke to at customer service said he would extend my payments out for 4 more weeks so that I could get my phone number transferred... all how criminals they still have not transferred it how convenient for them to charge me, not for the one line, not for the two lines, for All 3 lines for another month! This is just craziness! I have Never Seen anything like it in my entire life time how do they get away with this bullshit? during the time. I did receive one email it said as soon as I paid my prepaid bill and loaded it up again, the transfer would be done...
That was four weeks ago since then I've tried four more times. Having lengthy conversations with the original rap and then his or her supervisor in some cases try to get their supervisor! I don't know about anybody else but this needs to be addressed and I will fight this tooth and nail if I'm required to! I cannot believe for a minute that I am the only person that this is happened to?! I state that everything I have stated in this report to be 100 percent true and factual with support documents and tape recorded conversations available for review response and action! this document and report has been dictated but not necessarily edited... any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
