Pacific Loan Solutions, INC Zachary Gonzalez LLC never completed what was promised, took my money and ran with it riverside, California

I first visted this companies offices back in August of 2009, due to my husbands co-worker getting a modification through them (which I am not sure happened only word of mouth). However, mine didnt turn out so good. I wrote them three post dated checks for payment in full, totaling almost $8000. I still have not received a modification from Coldwell Banker. Here its 7 months later and most of the people I spoke to here no longer work there.

I did receive a "trial" period payment plan from Coldwell in Oct. but I probably did that on my own since I stopped paying the payments. I was never behind prior to 8-2009, and was advised to be late so my modification would not take long and they could see I was in need of help. I have called Pacific Loan Solutions several times and have not received any calls back. Nobody ever answers the phones when the operator transfers you. You are always directed to a voicemail. The girl called "Bridgit" that other people referred to was also someone I spoke with one time. She was very unprofessional she couldnt even tell me the name of the company she was calling from. She keep saying the place you modified with.

They have since taken off their website. I cant image that they helped me at all. I have recently called to get the name and phone number of the contact person they had at my bank and a copy of records showing what they did for me.

They have been no help and need to be shut down. Please do not use this company!!!
