Pacific Loan Solutions, Inc. & Zachary Gonzalez, LLC Pacific Loan Solutions, Inc. & Zachary Gonzalez, LLC scammed me of $10,750 Internet

I was contacted by Govona Collins of Pacific Loans Solutions (PLS)/ Pacific Residentail, Inc. over the phone in9/15/09 to offer loan modification services. I visited their office in 11820 Pierce St., Suite 200, Riverside, CA 92505and met with Amadeo Perez, Account Manager and his boss Sam Ismail who convinced meto accept their services to attempt to reduce my principal balance and/or reduce my monthly which had increased from$2,679 to $3,199. I was laid of March 2008 soI am only receiving unemployment income and financial assistance from my mother-in-law so my family need help. So on 9/16/09, I entered into a "Residential Loan Modification Retainer Agreement" PLS's lawyer,Zachary Gonzalez, LLC and cut them 3 checks amounting to $3,875 each or a total of $10,750. I completed and submitted all the required/requested loan modification/authorization forms and income docs by 9/18/09.

In the following month, I have attempted multiple time to get a status of my loan modification via phone calls and emails but did not get a a response. On 12/28/09, I was offered a modificatrion by B of A that increases my payment to $3,706 on the first 5 years then $4,075 on the 6th then $4,353 on the 7th which I can not afford so we rejected this loan modificationbecause this is not to our advantage.Since then, I have again tried to call PLS to request them to re-try a loan modification but did not hear from them ever since.

Since I can't get any help from PLS, I have contacted my lender directlyfor a loan modification. I have attempted 3 to 4 times for a loan modification but still no success.

Now, I have read in several sites that Pacific Loan Solutions, Inc. has closed & thatZachary Gonzalez, LLCmay have been forced out of practice but not sure.

I hope PLS or Zachary Gonzalez can complete theircommitment to get my lender to reduce my monthly payment or give my money back.
