I USED GM VAN LINES FOR MY MOVE FROM DAVIE TO NYC.THE PICK UP WAS SMOOTH AND THEY KEPT THEIR PROMISE OF FIXED PRICE . BUT DELIVERY WAS A DISASTER.
THE TRUCK SHOWED UP WITH THE DRIVER ONLY. NO HELPERS.IT TOOK HIM 8 HOURS TO UNLOAD.IN ADDITION, THE CONTENTS OF THE TRUCK WERE HALF TRASH AND HALF CUSTOMERS STUFF. ALL MY BOXES WERE SMASHED. THE BOXES MARKED FRAGILE, WERE THROWN AROUND, LEFT DUST.THE BEDSIDE TABLE WAS BROKEN AND BED FRAME WAS MISSING A BIG PIECE.
I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING A CLAIM SO I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS IS GOING TO END. BUT WHATEVER AMOUNT I GET WILL NOT MATTER CAUSE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WERE BROKEN WERE GIFTS AND STUFF I CANT GET ANYMORE

It is unfortunate that a company with our fine reputation (see the Better Business Bureau website) ends up being besmirched by our competitors. These are fake submittals and absurd. This is self evident simply by noting they were both submitted on the same day. A full name of the customer or contact information is not used. There is no mention of any of the contact people within our company. There was no move on the 18th from Clearwater or a move from Davie to NYC for a Nicole by our company. These fraudulent statements will be addressed with this website, which we as a company often refer our customers to. We hope to have this rectified quickly and of course would be happy to address any concerns or questions about these submittals.
