Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I broke down 400 miles from home. AAA wanted to tow me to the nearest garage. This was 2 days before christmas and I was 400 miles from home. The garages were either closed or too busy to fix my vehicle. I had no choice but to tow it home and rent a car to get myself home. I paid for the tow and tried to get AAA to reimburse me but they refused. Needless to say, after 30 years with AAA, this is deffinately my last year with them. They can shove it. I am done with them!!!

A $50 a year roadside assistance plan that only covers towing to the nearest repair shop or up to 3 miles refused to pay for towing you 400 miles? Say it isn't so. Oh, and AAA provides towing services, not reimbursement. You have to call them and arrange a tow if you want coverage. But even the most expensive upgraded AAA plan only covers 200 miles of towing. So your complaint is that they refused to cover something that they explicitly don't cover?
