ASAP Tickets I I did not get full refund as promised. Originally, I was trying to book round-trip travel to Australia and from New Zealand. Wilmington DE

My first interaction was November 20, 2020.  I was going with a tour group (Smithsonian) but not able to book 'business' class (they ran out) so I tried to do it w/ASAP.  I was flying from Orlando to the west coast to catch up with the group in Australia.

Because of Covid there was a few rebookings.  They were very good, I thought.  At the end of our interaction, they were unable to get me the flight I needed so they offered me part refund ($7,500) with the balance ($1,500) to be given to me as a credit towards future travel.  Most of my 'conversation' was by email (I have most of them) but a few times I did talk to Lori on the phone.  I asked if I had a deadline to use it and was told no.

I booked a cruise out of Vancouver to Alaska last July and started contact this time at the end of September, 2024.  Everything seemed to be going good for about a month.  Then the person I was dealing with, Heckles, was having trouble getting the needed authorization to start my booking.  So he passed me up the line.

That seemed to end the help.  And just to let you know, I was not only trying to book for me but a friend I was traveling with, so they would have received funds from her and whatever I needed that was not covered.

I tried to file with the BBB since ASAP showed a good rating.  They were unable to help me and I am unsure as to the reason, but I am guessing length of time and/or they did not read the report correctly
