I purchased, online, a pair of hearing aids that won't charge and don't work. They were supposed to be $89, but the "much better" pair were an additional $60 and "lifetime support" was an additional $4 per month ( a total of $153, which I paid and which was immediately taken out of my account).  I tried to contact their customer support, but was immediately met with a requirement to give them my account/order number which I can't find anywhere, and was offered no assistance in retrieving it.  I then tried to contact them by phone (205) 255-1112, but it didn't ring, however I got an immediate announcement that they were busy and to try again later.  I tried again later, but that number was no longer available and a different number was listed.  I dialed that number but again, I got the same result.

While I was awaiting  delivery of my upgraded hearing aids, I received an email from them telling me they were out of stock on the cheaper aids, so they were going to send everyone the same aids for which I paid an additional $60.  I expected them to refund the difference ($153- $60= $93), but of course that never happened.

To most people, $153 isn't a great deal of money, but I am retired and living on Social Security and to me it is a substantial sum. I can't afford to purchase from someone else unless or until I receive a refund from these people.  The only way I found out they are in Scottsdale, AZ was the address was listed on my credit union account when they deducted from my account the $4 for Lifetime Support!
