I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by DiversyFund regarding owed staffing fees. As a staffing agency, Recruits Lab undertook the responsibility to identify suitable candidates for employment with DiversyFund. Following this, DiversyFund employed Mr. Mohamed Ibshara (the "Employee"), a referral from Recruits Lab. Despite our diligent efforts in providing valuable services, DiversyFund has failed to fulfill their financial obligations, leaving me without the proper compensation.

Despite numerous attempts to address the matter and seek resolution, DiversyFund has not taken responsibility for their actions. This disregard for contractual agreements has caused significant financial strain and frustration.

It is disheartening to experience such disregard for professional ethics and basic business practices. I urge others to exercise caution when engaging in any business dealings with DiversyFund. Their failure to honor commitments reflects poorly on their integrity and reliability as a business entity.
