Denied claim, gave ambiguous and very vague reasoning. The car needs a cylinder head replacement, according to Endurance, the issue was happening for some time, WTH does some time mean? No coolant leaks on the ground, no overheating, and BTW the leak is from the rear of the engine. Nightmare to deal with, Nightmare to get the car towed as the address was not anywhere to be found (our home address).
