My late model Mercedes coupe needed the struts replaced.  Struts are covered in the contract. Endurance says they are shock absorbers, which are not covered.  When you call claims,  some kid, who can't make a decision,  will email the "administrator."

You cannot speak with the administrator directly.  The dealership service manager emailed Endurance pictures of the struts and told them this car has struts.  Yet, Endurance refuses to believe their eyes and believe a subject matter expert.

Avoid Endurance Warranty Update

AUTHOR: charlie - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 08, 2022

After contact with my state atty general, endurance called to offer a full refund. All I needed to do was sign their letter agreeing to full refund. The letter was actually an agreement that I would, in part, not make make a statement that would criticize endurance and I would take any and all measures to close and retract all complaints.

Obviously, I did not sign. So, at the cost of several 100's of dollars, I am freely letting people of the interweb know they sould not do business with this company.
