I am filing this complaint after I did everything possible contacting the accounting department Cynthia A. Daves (the rudest person available), the broker that introduce me to this company Joe Mendoza, another recruiter and broker from AZ named Larry White Jr. because the real estate agents need to know where they stand before they follow the lies from recruiters when they decide to leave the company.
I joined eXp Realty only CA I am continually being charging for the monthly fee. I gave notice that I left the company, and the CADRE notified them too immediately as the change was done to my new company. All the agents that are considering joining this company need to know that this company will charge them as much as they can.
The recruiting from this company is great, the promises are endless until I joined it. After everything stopped. I was promised coaching from Joe Mendoza, this coaching was on for a few weeks until I signed up, after the 30 minutes every 2 weeks were reduced to 10 minutes once a month. Customer service and support to the agents are not available in this company.

I join the largest independantly owned Real Estate company17+ years ago, got two weeks of training, that was a fire hose, and made little sense. I worked 65-75 hours per week, door knocking in three neighborhoods, and expired listing six days a week. I held 46 open houses on Sundays in those three neighborhoods, and closed 12 deals my first year, by shear determination. What did you do your first 12 months? I know the answer. Because I biult up my business from a Rookie that knew nothing to a two office company, with 137 agents, and helped over 2,200 buy, sell or invest.
I had many like you join my company and it is always someone else's fault on why you failed.
Why has eXp Realty become the fastest growing RE company in the world? Why have some of the most seasoned, professioanls joined? Why have people like me closed down thier offices and than joined eXp Realty?
Why? Because for the ones willing to pay the price, eXp Realty offers the most and best business model. There is over one thousand hours of recorded training for beginers to the fully seasoned Realtors. There is approx. 100 hours per week of live training for the same. How many hours did you attend these?
You want to make a 100K, which actually is a small amount, but want to do the work of a part time fast food employee, at best. Let me know if you ever find that pipe dream. I never did, but I never looked.
eXp Realty may not be right for all, but is right for anyone to takes responsibilty for themselves and pay the price to succeed.
And I assure you, eXp Realty does not want or need your $85 monthly fee if you are not part of eXp.
