geek techs Shawn Lawson manager@geektechs.co (844) 280-7858 intercede and pose as Best Buy's Geek Squad, take control of computer, diagnose fake problem and sold a $300 repair

Exactly as the other person described, I was trying to reach Geek Squad as I am a customer with a 2-year contract with them,  they had me go to the best buy website and type 1-2-3 and redirected me to the service site.  I repeatedly challenged them on the need for a $399 Firewall on a computer fully protected and only a year old and under warranty according to the terms of our service plan,  but eventually they convinced me and "gave" me a $100 discount becuase of the service plan. 

Went to the real geek squad tonight for something else and they noticed the Geek Tech phone number at the bottom of my screen on my toolbar and said, THAT'S NOT US! That's when the fraud was discovered.  That and that I was still having computer problems.
