We were trying to refinance our loan with Kyle Casey. He ended up stating that we needed to pay him $3000 in order to refinance our house due to a value increase. This made no sense as since we bought the house last year we found: the roof leaks, the foundation was off, the basement leaked, and the neighborhood in all was deteriorating.
We declined to pay him the money and he ended up taking $540 out of our accounts. Everyone we spoke to confirmed that he is a scam artist.
When we filed a BBB complaint he started to harass us through out personal numbers even after we requested he stop.

The BBB actually does a good job working with companies that want a good reputation. This complaint has nothing to do with the BBB as well.

The BBB is NOT your friend! The BBB is NOT part of government or law enforcement. The BBB has ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING. Are you aware of this??? The BBB goes prancing around trying to DECEIVE the public they are the "business police" when all they do is SELL their PHONY "accreditations" and PHONY "ratings" to ANY business which wants to BUY THEM and participate in the PHONY BBB SMOKE SCREEN.
If they haven't already, the BBB will use your complaint as a sales lead to get this lender to BUY into the BBB scam. They will harass this lender and try to SHAKE THEM DOWN just like they do other businesses, good or bad, to BUY into their con-game!
