Instacart Driver did not deliver what I paid for Houston TX

I paid for groceries but they were not delivered. Driver used old trash bag and a fast food bag instead of Aldi bags that I was charged for. The meat, chicken and turkey as well as milk, bread and breakfast products were missing. Instacart customer service was horrible. They said they couldn't refund the "bag fee" or the taxes. After an hour on hold I got a supervisor. I told her I am over 65 and terminally ill and I need an immediate refund in full. After another 39 minutes on hold I was told I will be refunded but it will take 7 to 10 days for my bank to process. I told her to just void the transaction as that would be immediate. She said she couldn't. So now I have no groceries and no money. I use my Social Security issued debut card and I think the only reason I am even getting my refund is because I'm a dying old fart using a Federal Debit Card. Originakly hey said I could only get credit on my next order. I will NEVER have a "next order".  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DRIVER/SHOPPER STOLE MY GROCERIES
