I am filing this report to document what happened during our move with All My Sons Moving & Storage – Austin South. This is not a minor service complaint — it involves a criminal incident, a complete lack of corporate accountability, and an attempt to silence us.

On July 5, 2025, during our move, one of All My Sons’ movers sexually assaulted my wife by making non-consensual physical contact with her while she was alone in a room. She immediately called me, and we filed a police report that same day. The Austin Police Department opened an investigation, which has now resulted in a formal case filing in Austin Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor.

The company acknowledged the report in writing and claimed to have suspended the employee, but after that acknowledgment, they never contacted us again. There was no phone call, no email, no in-person follow-up — nothing. No apology was ever offered.

Property Damage and Gag Clause

In addition to the assault, our property was damaged during the move. We submitted a damage claim with documentation and photos.
