Shutterfly is beyond Incompetent. Keeps sending my orders to the wrong address. Internet

My fiance keeps calling shutterfly and the employees are downright Rude and obnoxious and nasty.  When he called them like he has over 60 times? He is told we are sending your merchandise to your profile address?  Then they ask him to go to your profile and tell us the address?  He tells them the address which is correct and the female representative says that is were we ship your orders to?  My fiance said that is not the address that you are sending my orders to the number is 401 and you are mailing it to an abandoned house at 166. What is wrong with the people who refuse to fix the improper address that Shutterfly has created and has nothing to do with my Finance profile.

Shutterfly is beyond Stupid and pathetic because 4 times they had to reship the order and yet again they shipped the order to the wrong address again. The woman said it is UPS that is putting the wrong address labels on your package?  I said no they are not at fault?  Shutterfly Inc is because it is a Shutterfly Inc shipping label. People use Amazon or Google photos. Shutterfly is useless and you will pay for merchandise and you will never receive it from Shutterfly Inc because they slop on any address labels knowing that it is the wrong address. If I was shutterfly inc?  I would fire everyone because they are all High school dropouts and cannot even read properly so they send your pictures to the wrong address.
