I have assembled a photo book for my daughter on the Shutterfly website, loading the pix they scanned and sent me over a year ago on a DVD. It will NOT sort them in photo date order. I have tried repeatedly to get help on this, to no avail. Calling the C/S number leaves you at a "23 minute" wait forever, never going down. Chat gets you a rep in India clearly working on a script that doesn't help and then DISCONNECTS you! I even went to the Website and NONE of the links works. Should have known when I saw its "100% Happiness Guarantee" website post was 4 years old, and connects you to the eternal 23 minute wait. I am beyond frustrated. If I didn't have the pics, I'd swear this was a scam. HAHAHA, and now I see that the "two words" needed to post this on the Shutterfly website DO NOT APPEAR!
