I bought the Pricerr theme on sitemile for black friday under the order 197267880. I paid for the expensive Pro Custom offer, with all extensions and 15 hours of custom work included.

It took me only 3 days to discover that the product does not work. So I asked for a full refund as per Sitemile conditions - 7 days to ask for refund with no questions asked.

Andrei first tried to convince me to continue with his product, and then when I insisted for a refund he said he would. 10 days later I have only received empty promises and no refund. This issue is now with my legal insurance.
