I have been waiting over a year and a half for certain releases from Sitemile.com

Currently, a new release of Project Theme has come out without a mobile ready site.  Other users and myself are complaining that on the homepage, the search bar needs a search button to work for mobile phones.  However, Andrei and his other technician (which both of which have not released the softwares as promised) are both refusing that it is an issue.

And personally, I just wrote Andrei an email in English detailing that it needs the button on the homepage.

He wrote me back "what are the errors ? "

To the original message:

"Andrei, where are the themes and the updates.  The homepage of the new Project Theme doesn't even have a button to search for mobile devices, and you so far are refusing to fix the new errors, and also I need to know where are the other themes."

The problem is I have waited a year and a half, have been promised 4 new website themes, which I have received 0.  There is an update recently for one which was a complete sham.  There was no fix and the TaskerDev theme I am speaking of was not edited in any way, only the release date was edited, and it remains broken and inoperable with over 50 promised directly to me to have this working, with 0 fullfilled.

Sitemile.com is a fraud and a scam.  They promised me great customer service for the $400+ I paid to them for my club membership, however, they fail to provide it, and promise 1000 times with no delivery of any acceptable, stable themes.  Each release has more and more errors, and the same ones get re-released over and over without the other promises fullfilled.  AuctionTheme and ProjectTheme are newly released.  I cannot use Auction theme without all the other promised themes (10+).  And Project theme has an error on the homepage to make it not operable on mobile devices, with a REFUSAL to fix it by Andrei's assistant, the only assistant he has had since I have joined.  Even though he has lied and said he has many assistants, if he has, they have all left him in untimely manners.

Even I have tested his programs over and over just to find out the promises he made to fix the bugs in his programs were all lies and he did absolutely nothing but send me an exact copy of what I already had and asked me to test to see if everything was fixed, in which, nothing was.

Sitemile.com is a clear cut fraudulant company.  The programs are real and may work for you.  However, the customer service is a complete lie, as well as all updates, update promises, and any direct promises from Andrei.  I have since the year and a half gotten 2 major problems fixed, out of 100's of emails and posts in the forums.  And that was over 6 months ago.

Now I still wait after $400 and a year and a half, I have gotten nothing but annoyed with the lies coming from Andrei and sitemile.com from its fradulant behavior.
