Con Man Alert: Richard Aryeh Rifkin is a pathological liar with NO degree NO License NO background related to civil engineering, architecture, construction, mortgages, real estate etc. He calls himself an Architectural designer & Engineer, which are illegal titles in California unless you are licensed by the state board. His scam is to hired a licensed person for you... except he doesn't.

DON'T FALL FOR IT & GO DIRECTLY TO A PROFESSIONAL LICENSED IN YOUR STATE WITH PROOF OF LICENSURE. He makes appointments with homeowners then pressures them into signing a 1 page "contract" that says nothing except how much you will pay him to do nothing. He will then demand an outrageous "retainer" that you'll never see again. If you request a refund, he "lost your money." When I called his office, employees said Rifkin hadn't paid them in months and threatened them with lawsuits for asking for the paychecks.

Read all of the "removed"  reviews on yelp, google, and ripoff report that Rifkin deperately tries to scrub off the internet. Please research Rifkin's history or public outburts and profanity, threatening people with frivolous lawsuits, and targeting wealthy Jewish people in the community to sue for the sake of profiting without doing any work. He started a "non-profit" called JACLA which is just a way to embezzle money from the comunity and target the middle class/wealthy with lawsuits for his personal gain.

Rifkin is a pathological liar & an overall embarassing person to associate with. Be ready for your name to be dragged through the mud if you associate with him. He will tell you he is best friends with the CEOs of major US companies as you try not to laugh in his face. I ask everyone affected by this fraud to create a Ripoff report and file complaints with the City Attorney, IRS, EDD, SBA, BBB, etc.
