I worked for Richard in Las Vegas March of 2020 and May-July of 2020. I also worked for him October-November 2020 in Escondido. 

He never paid me on time. I paid for my March wages after I filed a complaint to the labor department. He also asked me to lie that the summer wages were also paid. Fall wages were still not paid. 

CA & NV departments are still investigating. 

Ron is right. I was also a victim of wage theft. 

I worked for Richard in Las Vegas March and May-July of 2020 and did not get paid until October (only for March work) after I filed a wage complaint form. Richard even asked me to lie to the labor department that the summer work was paid. 

I also worked for him October-November in Escondido and still did not pay me for those hours. 

Currently both California and Nevada departments are investigating. 

I am Richard Rifkin, the target of this "anonymous" post.  Shawn Chenier posted this.  First, let me say that this is a FALSE and INNACURATE report.  I have been an architectural designer for 30 years, and was formerly the CEO of 1st Nations with 126 mortgage branches across the United States.  I have been a direct investor in over 100 projects.  My company, SKSI has completed over 250 residential projects in the last year alone.  SKSI is the architect of record for numerous projects for Macy's, Rite Aid, and numerous others.  David M. Puretz, architect, has been licensed for nearly 40 years and is considered one of the top architects in the retail and mall space in the world - and that is not an overstatement.  SKSI, through David, is licensed in California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Washington State.  

Shawn Chenier worked for me for a very short time and was fired for - get this - throwing plans at a building inspector at the building department.  Shawn has some talent but has some sort of neurological or chemical imbalance.  Everybody who meets him notices this right away.  He shakes, is constantly moving his hands, arms, shoulders, or tapping his feet.  Several employees and customers reported they thought he was on drugs.  

Whatever the case may be, he has harassed me in Yelp, Google, and now Ripoff Report with fake profiles basically saying the exact same thing.  We have served him a cease and desist order, but he has no money and was an angry and disturbed inividual before ever meeting me.  

Yelp has removed Shawn's negative comments for FAKE PROFILE.  Unfortunately, Google and Ripoff Report do not have this option to remove fake profiles and false reports.  You can post anything about anybody on these sites without repercussion.  They allow you to respond but they take no responsibility for defamation.
