I enlisted Swyft filings to process my LLC witht he state of Florida.  The LLC still has not come through.  I paid extra to get a 10 day process.  It is now 13 days past the time I filed with state.  When I called the Swyft -their agents provided me with excuses and a bogus letter from the state saying " the state had equipment issues and they were behind".  After being on hold with the state for 3.5 hours on the phone they said there was a glitch with the file and they moved it to the top of the list.  They also told me that letter provided to me by Swyft was bogus and the state was processing files from 6/15 forward. Mine had come in on the 10th - and not the 4th as originally stated by Swyft.  Had Swyft  been doing their job they might have caught this error.  Swyft advertises on their website 100% satisfaction guarantee - so when I asked for the service part of it back (not the filing fee) they said "only under certain circumstances" and refused.  This has caused me to be in breach of contract because I cannot close on my investment property as I should have been able to.
