SWYFT FILINGS (SWYFTFILINGS.COM) ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company bungled my filings so bad! They screwed up the simplest things and then there customer service didn't understand simple instructions. They ignored the proper address, they filled the EIN # incorrectly, they said there was a name conflict and then filed some names under the incorrect name. Then I paid for the express service and they sent me a PDF to fax or mail in my application for an EIN when it can be obtained for free in 1 minute online by myself.. Houston Texas

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company bungled my filings so bad! They screwed up the simplest things and then there customer service didn't understand simple instructions. I paid them nearly $1000. I paid for the express service and they sent me a PDF to fax or mail in my application for an EIN when it can be obtained for free in 1 minute online by myself..
If you call their customer service you deal with people who make $10/hour. They just aren't trained to pay attention to detail , nor do they understand simple things about company filings.
I had to call them 4 times and this still isnt' resolved, nearly 1 week after i was supposed to recieve my filings digitially. Their website also wouldn't let me download the documents due to some gliches.
This has been completely mismanaged. These guys have no idea what they are doing.
If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they will say the person isn't here or is in training. It sounds like their entire office is maybe 3 people.
It's always the same lady answering the phone, who just doesnt' know anything about filings at all. She always refers to you as sir.
