Tj Martineau Tanasith Justin Martineau Follow-up since no action was taken! Massachusetts

Follow up to my original complaint since absolutely no action was taken to hold this person accountable by means of the company itself. Also was harassed by this young man who decided to look me up and find my email through one of those online people searches. Received multiple harassing phone calls by him. Original report: I unfortunately received medical care by this first aid responder and felt compelled to share my experience here, as others have done. I had been struck during a hit and run accident because I mistakenly decided to jaywalk outside of the crosswalk. Being from Old Saybrook, Connecticut I'm just not use to such busy streets and the aggressive driving that comes with a bigger city. Anyway, I was knocked unconscious by the SUV that struck me while crossing the road. I woke up to first aid responders standing over me and from there was transported to the hospital. Suffering injuries to my vertebrae as well as being knocked unconscious. This first aid responder failed to secure my neck brace properly, and with the bumps of the road my head managed to slip out entirely from the brace; My head proceeded to bounce off of the table after slipping out of the improperly fastened neck brace. As a result of this, I suffered much further injury to my neck vertebrae than what the hit and run accident left me. It really was an appalling event, due in part to the lack of education this first aid responder demonstrated. Even though this event was awhile ago I felt I needed to share my experience after being contacted by others who have been injured by this same first aid responder.
