TJ Martineau Morals? Massachusetts

I had the misfortune of falling down my stoop, while attempting to pain my door white. I had to take a ambulance to the hospital instead of driving with tearing a wrist ligament from the fall. I believe he goes by TJ as it's been a bit since my accident, was completely off his rocker. He kept stuttering and slurring his speech, couldn't even remember my name but kept having to ask over and over what it was. It took him over ten minutes to even begin to brace my arm, I've never seen someone move so slow. He had to be high, I know the mannerisms with working as a drug councilor when I was younger. So Irresponsibly immature and disgusting to be high and have peoples lives in his hands as a paramedic, and convince himself that's morally ok to be doing.
