WORX refuses to honor their warranty Charlotte NC

We purchased a blower/vacuum the end of last year, based on thier infomercial. On only its second use a poorly designed, flimsy plastic part broke that holds the bag to the power unit. They claim to have a 3 year warranty, but want me to pay over $25 for the whole bag, which is like new.

I guess if you refuse to honor your warranty, you can offer a nice long one. Their infomercial is highly decieving as when we actuallty tried to use it this year it is way too heavy and unmanageable. I first sent them an email, but had to do it several times to get a response.

I called them, but gave up after over 30 mintues on hold and then spent over 30 mintues chatting, only to find out they DO NOT HONOR THIER WARRANTY. Stay awa y from thier gimmicy tools.
