A few months ago ago I spoke with Gwen the ower of the business about ordering some leather pants. I was very clear with her on the detail of how I wanted the pants and when I needed them by. She assured me that I would be able to have them by the middle of June.

Having not received them yet I called them and asked why I had not received them yet. Gwen said they were allmost done and would be ready to ship soon. I said I absolutely had to have them by the 1st of July. She said I would have them by then.

July 1st no pants, I called three times between the 1st and 3rd and left messages that I needed the pants. After all they had over $400. of my money when I placed the order.

I then called them the next week and informed them that I had to have them by that weekend. Once again I was assured I would have them. Once again no pants. I then called them again and said I had to have the pants. Gwen said she had no idea I needed them by that weekend which was ironic as I spoke w her just a few days prior and told her so!

I then said it was imperative that I receive them the following week. Ironically she said that would be no problem as she was allmost done with them. She did call 3 times at the beginning of that week and said she was on track to send them to me and would get me a tracking number and that I would have them by Friday.

Friday rolled around and shae called with a tracking # but said that they could not next day air them from her location so they wouldn't get to Rapid City S.D. till late Friday but someone from the Rapid City Fed Ex office would hand deliver them on Saturday.

Being ex Law enforcement , I thought I'd do some checking with all these red flags popping up with these folks. The tracking # came back that they got a tracking # how ever they had not shipped the package, no one in the Rapid City office had spoken to anyone about hand delivering a package on Saturday as they don't do that as they only go as far as Hill City on Saturdays.

I then called and spoke with another woman at the business on Friday and was informed that Fed Ex was returning the package as undeliverable. So she said I wouldn't get the pants until next Wednesday at the earliest. I had her read back the address to me which was correct. I know Fed Ex delivers to this address all the time so I don't really buy this explanation either. Why should I with the untruths I had received from these people all allong.

I informed her that I will receive my product by this next week or I will be forced to take other action. I have been in contact with the local authorities there and the informed me to contact them if I do not receive my product in a timely fashion.
