I had a working relationship with this company for several years, normally payments made were spiratic or up to 6+ months late. As for construction they would pay late or you had to beg to receive payment and they always ask you to do things outside of the contract that were never paid. We have not worked with these people in about a year after they have not responded to phone calls, emails, or fax for a $10,000 bill, for a project that is up and running and completed, also never do work in any of their homes because you will never be paid they got me there for another 3-4,000. BEWARE of THEM unless you can afford to fund their projects or can write them off as a dependants! Funny thing is they still have the nerve to call asking us to perform services and bid projects???

If you are ripped off by these people contact and report them to both the Sarasota FL. building department and the construction licensing board in Talahassee FL.
