1st Choice Facilities Services BEWARE - SCAMMERS! Will NOT pay invoices! Sarasota, Florida

On 12/03/09 1st Choice Facilities Services contracted us to do a job for them for Catherines Plus Sizes in Thomasville, NC.  Our terms are and were Net 10 days, but extended them out to 45 days for this company. 

We completed the job on the same day and invoiced 1st Choice exactly how they instructed us only to find ourselves fighting to get our money.  We did finally get paid for this invoice on 12/10/10 without finance charges. 

Note: It took them 1 year to pay $135.00 and still have yet to pay the finance charges. 

Then, they slipped by us once again by calling in on the weekend on 12/12/10.  They spoke to our emergency crew and contracted another job to work at Starbucks in High Point, NC.  Our office was closed so the plumber had no way of checking to see if they had a flag on their account.

We completed this job on 12/22/10.  This invoice was due and payable on 1/28/11.  We still have not been paid. 

We continue to get the run around by Dawn and Regina.  No one is willing to talk to us or help us.
