1st Credit Of America Attempted ripoff by constant phone calls demanding payment for non existent bill. Chicago Illinois

I sent this email to MyPerfectCredit.com:

Subject: Billing

REF: Sender specified that they are not currently a member.

A couple of days ago, I received a phone call out of the blue from your collection agency about a bill for $58 and something for services that you supposedly performed for me. I knew nothing about it. They told me that you supposedly fixed my credit or something back in February. I don't recall authorizing you to do any such thing. In fact, I normally steer clear of these free credit report ads because someone burned me like that a couple of years ago. Needless to say, I was quite surprised to receive the phone call. Please remove me from your collection agency's list.

Thank you for contacting MyPerfectCredit concerning your account.

Your account has been turned over to 1st Credit of America [a collection agency] for the outstanding balance due at the time your account was closed. To pay your balance immediately and protect your credit call 866-505-2632 to arrange for payment.

This seems virtually identical with a previous complaint filed about 1st Credit of America. They likewise told me that they sent me a notice about the MyPerfectCredit.com bill that I never received or authorized. They are now calling me daily to harass me until they can collect. Needless to say, I told them that I owe them nothing and will not pay. They responded by saying that they have a right to call me every day until payment arrangements are made and have been doing so.
