24/7 mobile locksmith or Avenue Locksmithpeople answering phone: CarlTomMayer or Malikai is who did the job I have called and left messages twice and emailed them twice, but no response in two days. i called a number my daughter gave me as well. A man answered and didn't answer with locksmith professional manner and when I asked him if this was Avenue Locksmith , he said yes, but with complaints about charges, he said I would need to call the main number. There are two addresses and approximately four numbers for this business. The license number through DPS is B16363, which is different then their website license number, B18004. DALLAS Texas

They tell you the service charge is $19 then land you with a large bill of over $200.  They changed out a knob for my parents door but it does not fit and cannot be used, I did not know till my Mom said so and they were already gone- $225 later

I called several times and even got appointments from Carl and then from Tom - I think there is a Yosef involved

Mayer or Meyar or Malikai- is the kid that came and did the work the first time.

Everytime I call, the VM is full and cannot take new messages.  I can only reach them early in the morning.  I keep my temper and set up an appointment between 12 and 4 and they never show up to fix the problem

I am disputing the CC charge- I understand some people on here had them insist on cash only.   I will add to the complints on BBB= they have an F rating
