On August 28, 2016, we called 24/7 Mobile Locksmith at 972-946-0050.  We asked the cost to to get the keys out of our locked car.  They quoted a $15 service fee and then the cost to remove the keys. 

We asked repeatedly how much the fee to remove the keys would be.  They responded a small amount extra, leading us to believe maybe $30-$50.

We were then hit with a $162 charge!  $15 for showing up, $135 for 3 minutes of effort to remove the keys and $12 tax.

Do not use this company.  They are completely dishonest.  They withheld important cost information preventing us from making an informed decision.

24/7 mobile locksmith or Avenue Locksmithpeople answering phone: CarlTomMayer or Malikai is who did the job I have called and left messages twice and emailed them twice, but no response in two days. i called a number my daughter gave me as well. A man answered and didn't answer with locksmith professional manner and when I asked him if this was Avenue Locksmith , he said yes, but with complaints about charges, he said I would need to call the main number. There are two addresses and approximately four numbers for this business. The license number through DPS is B16363, which is different then their website license number, B18004. DALLAS Texas
