50 Dollar Logo Terrible quality work and a refusal to honor their "100% money-back guarantee" New York, New York

I saw an advertisement for 50 Dollar Logo at a time when our company was having our logo designed.  I thought that it might be interesting to have an alternate design produced, and for $50 I took a chance.

Unfortunately, this company is an outright scam.  The quality of logos that they produce are horrendous (opinion), but the fact that the refuse to honor their "money-back guarantee" is unacceptable.  As best I can tell, their business model is stealing customers' money and hoping that they will just go away.

Additionally, this company refuses to address complaints or resolve issues through the Better Business Bureau (I've tried).  I've alerted the NY State Attorney to this company's bad business practices, so hopefully they will be shut down at some point.

To any prospective buyers - don't bother with this company.  They'll just take your money and leave you in the cold.
