50 Dollar Logo Took my $50, provided 6 samples, but isn't working on revisions to the one I picked. Nothing but excuses received from bogus online help desk.. United Kingdom I think Internet

I have used this company twice before with no problem.  I picked a logo choice each time that needed no revisions and I was happy.

However, I need a 3rd logo designed.  So I  sign up, received 6 logo samples and picked 1.  But it needed some changes having to do with color and a slight variation on the graphic that I would've thought they could handle.

Every single email I send gets kicked back as undeliverable.  I have talked with the online 24/7 help desk personnel they have on their website at least 10 times.  Each time I have been met with the same excuse and remedy.

1.  Excuse - system being upgraded.

2.  Remedy - be patient and send changes to xyz-email.

None of those other emails ever worked -- every single one gets kicked back as undeliverable.  At one point I was even asked for more money.

It's been 2 months now and nothing.  I have even asked for my money back and haven't heard anything.

I think so long as you accept one of the first logo's they send you as-is, you are okay.  But if you ask for revisions, they're not able to produce them because they don't actually create the logos, but rather are buying them from some pre-made third party and they don't actually hold the rights to be able to revise them.
