I recieved a payday loan on Nov. 15, 2008 from 500 Fast Cash, the interest was suppose to be $90.00 which I agreed to. Then 500 Fast Cash took $90.00 out of my account on 12/1/2008 thru 4/1/2009, which should make my loan paid in full, $450.00. I receiveced an email today from 500 Fast Cash saying they would be taking $140.00 out of my account on 5/1/2008 so I called the 800 number. I was told by a company representative that the $90.00 per month is an interest only payment and I have not paid any money on the principal of my loan. can you say LOAN SHARK!!!!!!!!!!!!
That should be illegal to deceive people that way!!!!
500 FAST CASH IS THE WORST INTERNET SCAM GOING THEY STEAL WHAT LITTLE MONEY YOU MAY HAVE
BEWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH 500 FAST CASH

Resty is right!

The borrower would have known the payments were interest only had she read the loan documents. Had she paid it in full, the company would not debit her checking account.
Like Resty said, you can't change the rules because the game is not going the way you expect.

You needed money for whatever reason and they gave it to ya. OF COURSE there's a price tag involved and now...after you've gotten and spent the money you decide you dont like the interest rate. Too bad. You played now ya gotta pay. You dont get to change the rules after the game starts. You dont get to dictate how much you'll pay back. Grrrrrrr people like you make it unnecessarily hard on the honest hard working men and women out there. You come here and scream rip off because all of a sudden you decide you're not paying any more money.
Whatever.....
You're ripping them and US off......not the other way around

Payday loans are Illegal in Ma. Dont give them another dime. There are lots of great sites that give info on how to fight these companies. One I can think of is paydayloanavengers. Hope this helps.
