500FASTCASH BE CAREFUL/THEY'VE RIPPED ME OFF TOO! Internet usa

I unfortunately borrowed $300 from this company and have had nothing but trouble with them. Several times I have had to call and make sure that they had the correct date to take out a payment. They keep trying to take it out before the actual due date. You cannot reach them 24 hrs a day as their message says. The fees just put you farther in debt and after your 4th renewal they take out a large fee as well as pay down amount. I tried to check my balance online with my password that they gave me but cannot. I receive the message below:

How scary. They can't even keep a website open. I wonder how I will find out about my loan. Will they be there if I call them or has that been deleted too?
Please steer clear of them. Don't make the same mistake I did. I am farther in debt than I was before thanks to this company and their outrageous fees!!!!!
