On December 6, 2010, I placed an order with 50dollarlogo.com for the $99 package that seemed to be a good deal, but I was obviously wrong.

The first set of samples they sent looked very novice. I know 10 year olds that could do a better job. With my package I am supposed to be able to get unlimited samples, which again is not true. When I received the 2nd samples, it was obvious that I was dealing with a beginner graphic design artist and asked if I could get a refund. This company supposedly offer 100% Money Back Guarantee, which is also not true.

When I informed the customer service representative "Abina" that I would like a refund, I received an email from her with more samples that I did not ask for. When I requested a refund again, I was asked by someone named "Sabina" to give them another chance and that they would send my request to another team, which again I did not ask them to do. After my 3rd refund request, I was informed that it would take up to 21 days to receive my refund (although they took my money from my account the same day I placed my order). As of today (January 26, 2011), I still have not received.

My last email to them stated that I would seek legal counsel regarding this fraudulent company. Abina/Sabina sent me an email stating that they forwarded my request to the concern department and apologized for the delay. However, I still have not received a refund and probably won't. It is obvious that this so-called 50dollarlogo.com company is a fraud and ripoff company. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They will take your money and run!
