50dollarlogo.com SCAM Augusta Maine

I tried to use 50dollarlogo to design a logo.  They do not listen to edits and revisions.  Their service skills are subpar.  You can email them multiple times to change a simple thing with no luck. The bigger problem is that they publish a phone number that is always off the hook. They have an online chat.  When you use the online chat, they say that they will email you a response or call you.  I tried 20x and they will not get back to me.  To make matters worse, their website has been down for over a week.  Paying customers can not get access to their logos.  I finally found their sister company, logo design guarantee and called them.  They hung up on me 3x.  Do not use them.  It is a scam.
