50dollarlogo.com sold me a clip art logo instead of a custom made one as stated on their website Internet

I just found out that the logo that was "created" by 50dollarlogo is actually a clip art image and it can not be trademarked. Their website clearly states that they do not use clip art.

I didn't know this until the Milven who I was working with could not send me a compatible file format for my label printing company to use.

I contacted another logo company who informed me of the clip art issues. Right now I have a clip art logo in an unusable format and I am out the $70 bucks because they are refusing to refund my money.

I went to their website to their live support chat and asked them if they were affiliated with the BBB and they said yet. So I asked them if they could tell me what name they are under and he said it's confidential and he can't tell me for security risks.

I then asked him how people were supposed to check them out under the BBB then and he signed off abruptedly and now the live support is offline.

Whenever we have called to leave messages it always goes to voicemail and no one ever returns a phone call.
