 I ordered a north face jacket from them. The next day I tried to track my order, the order was not going into my account on the website that I had made even though it said it was. I decided to call to make sure everything was okay. "Mike" answered and was EXTREMELY rude to me right from the start. I kept asking if it was a legitimate company and he kept avoiding the question. Thats when intuition struck me and I knew this was a con artist I was speaking to. I hung up and researched them and found all the reports of rip offs. I immediately called back and asked him to cancel the order to which he replied "I already cancelled the order because I knew you were going to be difficult". What kind of company does that? Not a real one. I continued to ask when i would be refunded in which he replied a couple days and hung up on me. Thankfully we have chase and we called them immediately and told them the situation and they disputed it. My boyfriend, whose credit card we used called them back because the transaction had 3 different company names it was using and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. He called and Mike answered and pretended not to be himself even though I was listening and knew his voice. He first told my boyfriend that they didn't sell north face jackets and after we said we ordered one he said they do. This business is not legitimate and they're criminals who should be shut down.
