5X TRIM Recieved an unsolicited phone call to try 1 Bott;r of 5X trim with only shipping cost, 5 bottles revieved and invoice states "with deferred billing" to which I did not agree Cheyenne, WY 82001 Wyoming

I recieved an unsolicited phone call for 5X Trim. During the sales pitch, I was told the first bottle was free to me axcept for shipping and handling with I used a credit card to pay for. Upon recieving the product, the included invoice ( packing list order # 167041) states I have recieved a QTY of 1 with a description listed as ( 5-5X trim and 1 BROCHURE with deferred billing). No prices are listed for deferred billing and I have not agreeed to sign up for indisclosed amounts to be billed to my credit card. 

The telemarketer assurred me that I would have 30 days to use one of the bottles and achieve results before contining with there product, with no billing until trial date was completed. After the 30 days I would be able to return the other 4 bottles and not be charged 25.00 a month for each months supply. 

Upon recieving this product yesterday, opening it this am, I attempted to phone the buisness location without success. I then searched reviews on the web and found this location. I am writing this letter proactively due to ; 1) unknown deferred billing ie dates and amounts, 2) No BROCHURE in packing as described on invoive, and 3) unable to reach anyone at buisness number provided, and 4) After doing an internet search on this product, I feel it justified to proceed in a proactive fashion due to the multiple complaints listed
