5x Trim Would not let me return, would not let me talk, interupted and hung up on me Cheyenne Wyoming

I received a phone call from 5xtrim and she made the product seem worth trying.  I asked if it had Garcinia in it and she said just a little.  I had tried before and I had gained weight with a product with Garncinia in it.  She said I could return in 30 days if I was not satisfied. 

I tried the product and I had trouble with my blood sugars dropping and I had gained weight.  I called today on 11/02/2015.

Before I could even say anything she said that I was past my 30 days.  The product was shipped on 10/05/2015 and I did not receive until 10/10/2015.  I tried to talk to explain to her, she talked over me and said she could credit my account $30. I tried to tell her I wanted to speak with a manager and agin she talked over me and said so you are refusing the $30 credit. I again tried to speak, she repeated so you refuse the $30 credit and hung up on me.

I tried to go on web site to get information on the company and they only give you a phone number.  The address I have is the one I received on the packing slip.
