they advertise on Google and youtube

WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!

Bryan Smith aka account executive gets you down there to sign papers to allow them to withdraw $350 out of your account 

They will guarantee you 3 months A LIE!!!

Juel no last name aka case manager is only concerned when its time to make a payment to ensure the money is there

He will file your answer which only prolonged 2 extra weeks

Dave no last name aka the runner/ handles the filing ( supposedly)

 Their hours of operation supposedly 9am -6pm

I informed them of hearing date June 10 2014 as soon as I received it May 25,2014

Juel did not answer until June 6 ,2014 

"oh everything is good Dave will contact you Monday and let you know the details oh you can make your payment to U.S. Bank we closed the Wells Fargo acct because we paid those runners already"

Monday June 9,2014 I called about 20 times finally Juel answer and replied very quickly when I sent a copy of receipt of payment for account deposit "Dave will call you this eve"

Dave calls after buis hours about 7-8 pm 

"I will call you in an hour let me find a runner "

9:30 pm no call back so I call I go straight to voicemail and message box full

next day Court Day I called again no answer I gave him the benefit of not doubting because prior I had a court date they hadn't verbally responded yet i had received a set for hearing date reschedule and in the mean time JUEL filed federal 

so I trusted them 

haaaa wrong thing to do A judgement has been entered mind you they promised 3 months at least.... I needed this last month to finish saving , daughter is still in school , I gave them $1000 $350 1 st month $350 2nd month& $350 to file at different court the last $350 was supposed to be due 17 th of June to carry me Atleast until 1-2 week of July!!!

they won't answer phone, emails and I doubt the office will be there when I go on Monday to confront them no violence though .... I want to let them know how foul they are and non professional as well as inconsiderate at the expense of me and my children who now have no place to go .... I DO NOT want this to happen to anyone else PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT LOOK TO 866Eviction to help you unless you have money to waste and you want to be told lies!!
