charles william fitch III operates 995sunglasses.com and sells his wares on amazon as well as his website. I ordered a pair of ray band heat sensitive glasses last month and paid online. he never sent the product and when i told him i would report him to the BBB he said he would disclose my private information online and that he had my cc info and it was now unsecured. he further stated my money was in his cayman island bank account and that it could not be touched. he even boasted he is collecting social security benefits using 3 different names and having the money sent to him in michigan. i researched using westlaw through my companies legal department and found that there is indeed a site dedicated to exposing this at chuckfitchsocialsecurityscam.weebly.com/
in addition i researched chuckfitchscammer.com/
as well as charlesfitch.weebly.com/
as I have been charged on my credit card i have filed a police report here in florida and i have also contacted the canto michigan authorities as well. i have been told that there is an active case against this individual but no further information could be given to me at this time
please be warned about this cyber criminal, accoring to the reseach he has scammed thousands of us citizens and is now scamming the us government

This falsfied report filed on this person's reputation is slanderous and defamatory, and has been made by reputation managers of eBay Inc working for none other then eBay Top Rated Seller Hubcapjoes.
Hubcapjoes has a YouTube channel called "Crazeenydriver" where he brags about how good his ebay sales are every Friday on Youtube like clockwork. Crazeenydriver lives at 321 Pine St Haworth NJ and also owns a store at 90 Kinderkamack rd selling hubcaps in Oradell NJ.
Joseph Demarco accuses buyers of trying to screw him and complains about eBay's policies every Friday while he gets paid by eBay Inc to abuse people on social media sites. Joseph Demarco uses other people on YouTube to carry out his dirty work for him.
YouTube accounts known as Mattzolo, Moomert1, Calvin21x, Jason Decanio of "The Queens New Yorker" channel (previosuly arrested) for bodily harm threats on the elderly in Clearwater Florida and other various paople we don't care to mention.
Joseph Demarco also uses people in private eBay Facebook Groups used to recruit top rated sellers to go after eBay and PayPal critics online.
Some of the Facebook groups include Cindy Sorley, Scott Henshaw, Thrifting With The Boys, and eBay Motors Vice President of Sales Roy Daves we also believe is involved in doing this black bag job on Ebayisajoke.
These people work for eBay and PayPal and are responsible for the Team Ebay Smear Campaign and cyber terrorisim, using social media manipulation and reputation managment tactics to try and bring down critics for exposing eBay and PayPal and the people behind their fraud.
Joseph Demarco and his friends have filed nermous ripoff reports using Ebayisajoke's real name slandering his reputation, so we will continue to monitor these actions until eBay Inc NARU's those reponsible starting with Hubcapjoes. He is a risk to eBay's Community.
I recomend that you voice your opinion about the ring leader Hubcapjoes (Joseph Demarco) by flagging his YouTube channel for spam.
