A & Z Computers Fly by night computer company taking advantage of bargain hunters skokie, Illinois

Bought a computer that was supposed to be a new display model for $200 and all I got was a very expensive paper weight. The computer was purchased at a sale of the century at one of our local civic centers. The computer in question was loaded with pirated microsoft software. I thought the computer was loaded with windows xp home when in reality it contained a pirated copy of windows xp pro and at best it was only partially installed.

My question is how can a company like this continue to do business all over the country and not be shut down and prosecuted.  Buyer beware when going to any of these road show super sales because as I have learned you can be easily ripped off with no way to recoupe your hard earned money. Also not related to the computer my grandson purchased an airsoft pistol at this sale and it fell apart the first time he used it.
